AGM STATEMENT

red24 plc , the provider of security assistance services, will be holding its Annual General Meeting at 11am today at the Company's offices in London. At the meeting, Simon Richards, Chairman, will make the following statement:

"We have enjoyed a strong start to our fiscal year, with sales and profit before tax ahead of last year and ahead of budget. Both business segments continue to show sales growth and have a strong pipeline of new business. The move to larger premises in Cape Town last week went smoothly and will help support this growth.

"Our Food Safety website will go live next month and the Board anticipates significant business opportunities in this area which are expected to bring an additional $1m of revenues to the group in its first twelve months.

"The group continues to generate cash and the Board expects to be able to announce an increase in dividend of at least 20% at the time of the publication of the half year statement in November."
