Red24 PLC06 December 2007 red24 plc Result of EGM At the Extraordinary General Meeting of red24 plc which took place today, allresolutions were duly passed. As a result the issued ordinary share capital ofthe Company is 32,471,083 shares of 1p each and the shareholding of eachshareholder is reduced to one tenth of their previous shareholding. Similarly,the amount of options and warrants in issue are reduced to one tenth of theirprevious figure and the exercise price is increased by a multiple of ten.
