ARC Risk Management Group PLC31 July 2006 ARC RISK MANAGEMENT GROUP PLC Share purchases, loan notes and warrants ARC Risk Management Group Plc ("ARC"), the AIM-listed global security company,is pleased to announce that the holders of £245,000 of the Loan Stock 2006 ("theStock"), which was due for repayment on 30th September 2006, have agreed todefer repayment until 30th September 2007. In consideration of this, the lastexercise date of the warrants attached to the Stock has been extended to 30thSeptember 2007. Simon Richards, the executive chairman of ARC, and John Mocatta, a non-executivedirector, each hold £5,000 of the Stock and 500,000 warrants and Sidebell Ltd, acompany in which Simon Richards has an interest, holds £200,000 of the stock and20,000,000 warrants. Sidebell Ltd have today subscribed for a further £100,000of the Stock, carrying with it warrants to subscribe for 10,000,000 shares at aprice of 1p. ARC also announce that Simon Richards and John Mocatta today each purchased afurther 1,150,000 shares in ARC, bringing their shareholdings to 2,600,000shares and to 2,650,000 shares respectively. As a result of this transaction,the combined interests of Sidebell Ltd (53,692,500), Financial & General PLC(5,000,000) and the above personal holding (2,600,000) now total 61,292,500representing 20.2% of the issued share capital, an increase of 0.3%.
