The Company received notification on 18 February 2009 from Generation Investment Management LLP that Generation IM Climate Solutions Fund, L.P. (the "Shareholder") increased their shareholding and now holds 24,700,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the Company, representing approximately 14.6% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
