Directors' interests in shares

Camco International Limited ("Camco"), a global developer of emission reductions and clean energy projects, announces the following transfers of Director' interests in shares.

The SM Trust Ltd, of which Scott McGregor has beneficial interest, today sold 942,865 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares" - representing approximately 0.50 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital). Immediately following, Scott McGregor's personal SIPP repurchased 942,290 Ordinary Shares, the difference representing a brokerage fee. The sale was at 14.000p per share and the repurchase at 14.003p per share.

Scott McGregor's total interest is now 1,587,746 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.84% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital), of which 645,456 Ordinary Shares are held by SM Trust Ltd and 942,290 Ordinary Shares are held by his personal SIPP.

The Rotem Trust Ltd, of which Yariv Cohen has beneficial interest, today sold 942,865 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares" - representing approximately 0.50 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital). Immediately following, Yariv Cohen's personal SIPP repurchased 942,290 Ordinary Shares, the difference representing a brokerage fee. The sale was at 14.000p per share and the repurchase at 14.003p per share.

Yariv Cohen's total interest is now 974,425 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.52% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital), of which 32,135 Ordinary Shares are held by Rotem Trust Ltd and 942,290 Ordinary Shares are held by his personal SIPP.

Following these transactions the Directors' interests in shares are substantially unchanged from beforehand with beneficial interest remaining.
