RETURN OF CAPITAL TO CELL SHAREHOLDERS

Unless otherwise defined herein, terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the prospectus issued by the Company dated 16 October 2013 and the Company's subsequent supplementary prospectus issued 18 June 2014.

Further to the announcement on 24 November 2014 regarding the return of capital to Cell Shareholders through the redemption of all outstanding Cell Shares ("Cell Redemption"), and in accordance with the powers granted to the Directors under the Company's Articles of Incorporation, the Directors are pleased to announce that they intend to implement a final distribution to those holders of Cell Shares who were on the register of members as at the record date for the Cell Redemption ("Previous Cell Shareholders"). Following the Cell Redemption, there was one position remaining in the Cell which had been held at zero value since the Cell was created, this position has now redeemed and it is intended that the surplus cash, less expenses, be distributed to Previous Cell Shareholders, following which the Cell shall cease to exist. This amounts to approximately 5.29c per Cell Share in issue as at the record date for the Cell Redemption.

Trading of the Cell Shares on the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange was cancelled on 19 December 2014, following the Cell Redemption.

Settlement

Payment of this final distribution is expected to be made to Previous Cell Shareholders by cheque as soon as is reasonably practicable, following which the Cell shall cease to exist.
