In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company wishes to announce with effect from 11 April 2013, Graham has ceased to be a director of ISIS Property Trust Limited and has become a director of F&C UK Real Estate Investments Limited (formerly known as IRP Property Investments Limited) (the "Company") following the completion of the successful merger of ISIS Property Trust Limited ("IPT") and the Company pursuant to which the Company acquired the business and assets of IPT.
