ADMISSION OF PREFERENCE SHARES

 

Further to the announcements regarding its proposed Placing and Open Offer and subsequent Bonus Issue of Preference Shares, the Company confirms that the 49,958,704 Preference Shares issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue will be admitted to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange at 8.00 a.m. today. The Preference Shares will trade under the ticker QWIP.
