X-Phonics plc15 December 2006 X-Phonics plc Total Voting Rights and Issued Share Capital 15 December 2006 In accordance with the transitional provisions of the Disclosure andTransparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority, the Company confirmsthat, as at the date of this announcement, its issued share capital comprises65,735,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each. All of the Ordinary Shares have equal voting rights, and none of the OrdinaryShares are held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company istherefore 65,735,000.
