Director/PDMR Dealing
The Company today announces that on 27th February 2018, Barney Quinn, Non-Executive Director of the Company, transferred 12,222 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the company ("Ordinary Shares"), being the Consideration Shares that he received pursuant to the acquisition of Integritie (UK) Ltd on 15 May 2017, to Mr Peter Lewis for nil consideration. Following this transfer, Mr Quinn holds 614,595 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.33% per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
