Board Changes
Rosslyn (AIM: RDT), the provider of a leading cloud-based enterprise spend intelligence platform, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr John Chessher as an Independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. John will replace Ginny Warr who has informed the Company of her decision to step down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company due to increased commitments in her executive role. Ginny will step down from the Board on 31 March 2025.
John has 30 years' investment industry experience and has held CEO and director-level positions at leading asset management and investment banking firms. He has most notably previously acted as CEO of Cenkos Securities Asia and as Head of Asia Pacific Research at Schroder Investment Management. John is currently a Non-Executive Director of Sunda Energy plc, an AIM-listed exploration and appraisal company focussed on gas assets in Southeast Asia.
John is a CFA charter-holder, holds an MA in Engineering Science from Oxford University and DBA, MSc and MBA qualifications from Henley Business School.
Following his appointment, John will act as Chair of the Audit and Remuneration Committees.
