Board Re-organisation

Rosslyn Data Technologies plc (AIM: RDT), a leading global big data technology company, announces that Jeff Sweetman, President USA, will be stepping down from the Board and leaving the Company. At the same time and in recognition that the Group's USA client base is essential to the growth of Rosslyn, Charlie Clark, current CEO, has requested that he focus on the significant development opportunities that the Global Partners and USA clients present. As such, with immediate effect, Charlie will become President & Founder and be responsible for building Rosslyn's US presence and Global Partner Network. Roger Bullen, the current Chief Finance and Operating Officer, will become CEO, with Julie Painter continuing in her role as Group Financial Controller.

Roger, formerly the head of Navigant Consulting's International Operations, who joined the Company late last year, has made a significant impression on the business already and will continue to drive growth, innovation and leadership".
