Redcentric plc, a leading UK IT managed services provider, announces that, subsequent to the announcement of 12 May 2022, Mr Aubrey has been appointed as a director of DeepMatter Group plc and Oxccu Tech Limited. Mr Aubrey also purchased 40,650 ordinary shares in the Company on 9 June 2022.
