Redcentric plc (AIM: RCN) announces that at the Annual General Meeting to be held at 11:00am this morning at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP, Cannon Place, 78 Cannon Street, London EC4N 6AF. the Chairman Chris Cole will make the following announcement:
