Rainbow Rare Earths Limited("Rainbow" or the "Company")
Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that both Martin Eales (CEO) and Jim Wynn (CFO), both PDMRs in the Company, have effected share transactions, the purpose of which was to transfer shares previously held in certificated form into their share ISAs.
The net effect of these transactions leaves both individuals' overall shareholdings unchanged.
