Restoration to Trading, change of Company name to Reabold Resources plc, new website and change of registered office
The Company announces that, following notification of its interim results to 30 June 2012 and publication of the Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2011, in each case earlier today, it is expected that the Company's 6,915,896 ordinary shares of 0.1p each (post-consolidation) will re-commence trading on AIM under the Adventis Group plc name with effect from 7.30 a.m. on 24 December 2012 with the ticker ATG and a new ISIN (GB00B95L0551) and SEDOL (B95L055).
The Company also announces that, further to obtaining shareholder approval at its General Meeting on 19 December 2012, the process for the change of name to Reabold Resources plc is expected to be completed shortly, and to be effective on Thursday 27 December 2012. The Company's new ticker will be RBD and the ISIN and SEDOL will be as shown above.
The Company's new website address, which includes information required to be disclosed pursuant to Rule 26 of the AIM Rules for Companies, is www.reabold.com.
The Company further announces that its registered office address has changed to: -
