Implementation of Investing Policy and Restoration of Trading
Further to the announcement of 23 June 2014, the Company has made the following investments:

As a result of the arrangements as set out above, and in the announcement of 23 June 2014 the Company has raised £875,000 in new equity and debt and will have made investments to a total value of £810,309.
Accordingly the Company has implemented its investing policy, and restoration in trading in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM will take effect today at 07.30.
