Completion of Subscription
PDMR Shareholdings
Further to the announcement made earlier today ("Earlier Announcement") Reabold Resources Plc (LSE AIM:RBD) is pleased to announce completion of the subscription (the "Subscription") of a total of 73,500,000 new ordinary shares to raise a total of £367,500 gross proceeds on the basis of the Earlier Announcement.
PDMR Shareholdings
Mr Jeremy Edelman, a PDMR, has subscribed for new ordinary shares pursuant to the Subscription (the "Subscription Shares") as follows:
