Purchase of own shares and voting rights and capital
The Board is pleased to announce it has today purchased 450,000 preference shares for a price of 118.1p per share which will be held in treasury.
Pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1A, details of the total voting rights and capital of each of the Company's three existing classes of securities are set out below:
