CEO succession update

Further to the announcement made by Rathbones Group Plc on 20 March 2025 regarding Jonathan Sorrell's appointment as Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Company today confirms that Jonathan has received the necessary regulatory approvals to take on the role of Group CEO. Jonathan will join the Boards of the Group and Rathbones Investment Management Ltd with immediate effect.

 

Paul Stockton will step down as Group CEO and from these Boards with effect from 18 August 2025. Paul will remain available for handover support thereafter until 31st December 2025.
