Directors'Β Shareholdings
The CompanyΒ was notifiedΒ on 4 and 5 December 2008 that further to the issue of new ordinary shares in the Company which were admitted to trading on 19 November 2008, and 5 December 2008:
theΒ 750,000Β shares held by Tim Baldwin's SIPPΒ now represent 6.59% of the Company's issued share capital; and
the 250,000 shares held by Anfa Trust of which Mark Callaway is a beneficiary now represent 2.19% of the Company's issued share capital.
Tim Baldwin is a director and controlling shareholder in Hill Street Investments. Hill Street Investments hold 536,000 ordinary shares in the Company. Accordingly Tim Baldwin's total beneficial holding is 1,286,000 ordinary shares representing 11.30% of the Company's issued share capital. Mark Callaway has no other interests in the Company's shares.
