Capital Reduction Update

Further to the Company's announcement on 16 July 2019, regarding the Capital Reduction, the final hearing held today at the High Court of Justice (the "Court") approved the Company's order to confirm a reduction of the issued share capital of the Company and cancellation of the Company's share premium account and capital redemption reserve.

The Capital Reduction involves:

·; the cancellation of the amount standing to the credit of the Company's share premium account and capital redemption reserve;

·; the cancellation of the 74,894,792 deferred shares with a nominal value of £0.02 each; and

·; a reduction in the nominal value of the ordinary shares from £0.005 each to £0.001 each.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of 1,276,430,385 Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will take place and that trading will commence on or around 1 August 2019.

The number of ordinary shares in issue following the Capital Reduction remains unchanged at 1,276,430,385.
