r4e, the transatlantic media and entertainment marketing company, announces the appointment of Ralph Wilson as Interim Finance Director of the Company, replacing Linzi Allen temporarily who will be on maternity leave with effect from 2 October 2017.
Arthur Thomas Ralph Wilson, aged 52, is a Chartered Accountant and an experienced finance director in the marketing and media sector, having led the UK finance and accounts functions of global creative digital agency AKQA, full service agency LBI, and Nike's first-ever ad agency Wieden+Kennedy. Most recently, at BBC Worldwide, Ralph led the finance support for their UK Consumer Products and TV Sales divisions, before partnering their global technology and operations unit, during which time he successfully took business cases to their Worldwide Executive board on subjects as diverse as a Doctor Who partnership deal and the replacement for Global iPlayer.
David Stoller, Chairman of r4e, said "On behalf of the Board, I would like to wish Linzi well and welcome Ralph to the team. He is an experienced individual with significant experience of working in our sector and will therefore be a valuable addition."
