Directorate change
The Board of r4e announces that Richard Ingham has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company. His resignation from the Board will take effect in three months. The Board will seek to appoint another Non-Executive Director in due course and a further announcement will be made at the appropriate time.
David Stoller, Executive Chairman of r4e, commented:
"The Board and I would like to thank Richard for his service to the Company and wish him the best in his future endeavours."
