Granting of Options

Quartix Holdings PLC (AIM: QTX), a leading supplier of vehicle tracking systems, announces that on 24 May 2021, the Company granted 51,546 options over ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of Ā£4.85 to Emily Rees, Chief Financial Officer. This grant of options represents the only options Ms. Rees holds. The options vest in three equal tranches in 2022,2023 and 2024.
