Quartix Technologies plc, a leading supplier of subscription-based vehicle tracking systems, analytical software and services is pleased to announce the appointment of Ian Spence as independent Non-Executive Director, effective from 19 February 2024. Ian will also Chair the Nomination Committee.
Ian has more than 25 years' experience in researching and advising companies in the technology sector. He is the Executive Chairman and Founder of Megabuyte, a leading company intelligence platform, delivering insights on the financial performance and corporate strategy of UK mid-market tech businesses.
Ian is recognized as one of the most established and respected financial analysts in the technology sector having been twice voted TechMARK Analyst of the Year, and also having been recognized twice by Debretts and The Sunday Times as one of the 20 most influential people in the technology sector in the United Kingdom.
Ian's other current roles include sitting as Non-Executive Director of Crown Place VCT PLC, a fund investing in early stage technology companies and as Principal at Agnosco Capital Ltd, where he provides research and strategic advice to technology companies and their investors.
