Non-Executive Director Declaration
12 December 2023 - In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R(2) of the UK Listing Authority, QinetiQ Group plc ('QinetiQ') today announces that Susan Searle, Non-Executive Director and Remuneration Committee Chair of the QinetiQ Board, has resigned from the Board of Benchmark Holdings PLC, with effect from 12 December 2023.
