Total voting rights

The Company notifies the market that, as at 7 January 2014, the ordinary issued share capital of the Company consists of 521,484,112 ordinary shares of which 5,234 are held by the Company in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in QED is therefore 521,478,878.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator to determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
