This notification is made in accordance with DR 3.1.4R(1)(a).
On 2 October 2008 the following directors of the Company and other persons discharging managerial responsibility were granted conditional awards ("Awards") under the PZ Cussons Performance Share Plan (the "Plan") to acquire the following numbers of ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company as set out below.
