Physiomics PLC18 May 2007 Physiomics plc ("Physiomics" or the "Company") 18 May 2007 Board changes Physiomics Plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. ChristopheChassagnole as Director with effect from 18 May 2007. Dr. Chassagnole's rolewill be that of Chief Operating Officer. He joined Physiomics in May 2004 asproject leader of the Systems Biology Team. Before joining Physiomics, DrChassagnole worked in France as a senior researcher for CRITT Bio-Industries(Toulouse) for 3 years. Prior to that he held a post doctorate position withIBVT in Stuggart working under Professor Matthias Reuss. His Doctorate wasachieved at the Victor Segalen-Bordeaux II University. Dr. Chassagnole has never previously been a Director of any other company andthere is no other information that falls to be disclosed under Schedule 2paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
