Director Dealing
The Company announces that Dr Jim Millen, Chief Executive Officer of Physiomics, has transferred, for no consideration, 242,287 ordinary shares of 0.4p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from a brokerage account with James Brearley & Sons Limited to an account with Interactive Investors. The Ordinary Shares remain beneficially owned by Dr Millen.
Dr Millen's holding in the Company therefore remains 1,384,393 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.42 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
