Directors Dealings

The Company received notice today that on 18 May 2012, Mark Chadwick, a director of the Company acquired 3,970,151 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 0.125p and Christophe Chassagnole, also a director of the Company, acquired 3,000,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.1205p.

Accordingly Mark Chadwick now holds 3,970,151 Ordinary Shares representing 0.26% of the total issued share capital and Christophe Chassagnole now holds 15,189,740 Ordinary Shares representing 1.01%
