Prospex Energy plc (AIM: PXEN), the AIM quoted investment company focused on European gas and power projects, announces that it has been notified that on 25 June 2026, Tom Reynolds, CEO of the Company, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 3.12 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Tom Reynolds has a beneficial interest in 1,198,549 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.28 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
Further details of this transaction are set out in the table at the end of this announcement, which have been provided in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
