Audited accounts
PureCircle (LSE: PURE), the world's leading producer of high purity stevia products announces that the audit of its FY 2010 accounts was completed on 27 October 2010, and the company's accounts have been approved as at that date. The audited accounts have no significant changes to the unaudited results announced on 22 September 2010 with sales, net profit after tax and minority and Earnings Per Share all unchanged.
The Company's full audited report and accounts will be available on the Company's website www.purecircle.com and will be posted to shareholders in November.
