Change of Significant Shareholding
PureCircle (LSE: PURE), the world's leading supplier and marketer of high purity stevia products has been notified on 24 April 2012 by its significant shareholder, Wang Tak Company Limited, that following recent purchases of 68,850 (sixty eight thousand eight hundred fifty) shares from the open market, they now currently hold 7,725,650 shares in PureCircle Limited.
The shares were acquired as follows:

As a result, the interest of Wang Tak Company Limited has increased to 5% of the issued share capital of the Company.
