NOTIFICATION OF DIRECTOR / PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Long Term Incentive Plan 2008 (the "Plan") 

On 30 November 2015, in accordance with the rules of the Plan, the Remuneration Committee granted Options to the following Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) of the Company:

The Options will normally be exercisable between 30 November 2018 and 29 November 2025 subject to the option holder's continued employment and to the extent that Total Shareholder Return ("TSR") targets are met. In the event of the Options becoming exercisable, the exercise price payable would be a total of £1 per participant.

The issued share capital of the Company is currently 221,918,408 Ordinary Shares.

This notification is provided in accordance with DTR 3.1.4.
