Punch is pleased to announce that, following the approval of shareholders at the General Meeting held on 1 October 2015 and the satisfaction of the other conditions precedent, the disposal of its 50% interest in Matthew Clark (Holdings) Limited to Conviviality Brands Limited (the "Disposal") has completed.
