Declaration of special interim dividend of 9p per Ordinary Share
Further to the Company's announcement on 21 June 2021 relating to the successful exit of its stake in direct cremations business Pure Cremation, the Board is pleased to announce that it has approved a special interim dividend of 9p per Ordinary Share.
The ex-dividend date will be 2 September 2021 and the record date 3 September 2021. The dividend will be paid to shareholders on or about 14 September 2021.
