Trading update; Notice of FY 2022 results and B2B investor day

FY 2022 adjusted EBITDA to be at least €400m

Playtech plc (LSE: PTEC), the leading platform, content and services provider in the online gambling industry, is pleased to report on trading for FY 2022, in addition to setting a date for FY 2022 results and an investor event focused on the B2B division.

Trading update

Since H1 2022 interim results were announced on 22 September 2022, the Company has continued to perform strongly and, as a result, adjusted EBITDA (unaudited) for the full year is expected to be at least €400m (+26% versus FY 2021), driven by both the B2B and Snaitech businesses. 

FY 2022 results date

Playtech will release its FY 2022 results on 23 March 2023. There will be an in-person results presentation at 9am at the London Stock Exchange, 10 Paternoster Square, EC4M 7LS, which will also be accessible via audio webcast. Conference call dial-in details will also be provided.

B2B investor day

On the same day and at the same location as the FY 2022 results presentation, Playtech will also be hosting an event for investors and analysts. The focus of the event will be on the most exciting growth areas within the B2B division, with presentations from the management team covering the Americas and Live segments.
