Phoenix Spree Deutschland Limited (LSE: PSDL.LN), the UK listed investment company specialising in Berlin residential real estate, advises that its property adviser, PMM Residential Limited, has changed its name and rebranded as QSix with immediate effect.
The name change has no impact on the existing property advisory and investor relations agreement.

PSD is an investment company listed on the London Stock Exchange. It offers shareholders exposure to the Berlin residential market through its actively managed, high quality portfolio of Berlin residential assets. Specialist Mortgages
QSix acts as Investment Adviser to a number of UK specialist mortgage portfolios acquired from many of the UK's leading housebuilders, including Barratt and Bellway. It leverages its acquisition and asset management capabilities using Hampton Mortgage Services (HMS), a specialist in-house asset servicing platform dedicated to servicing loans within the real estate sector.
Real Estate Finance
QSix acts as Investment Adviser to a commercial real estate fund which provides access to senior and mezzanine finance for the acquisition and refinancing of commercial property.
Affordable Housing
QSix will act as Investment Adviser to a portfolio of London residential property which will be let to Local Authority tenants to address their statutory homelessness obligations. Through its highly experienced affordable housing team, the firm is also exploring opportunities in Shared Ownership strategies.
