The Company was notified on 24 May 2016 that on the same date Kalina Daskalova, an employee of PMM Partners (UK) Limited, the Company's Property Advisor, acquired 6,153 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 181.0p per share.

Following this transaction, the beneficial holding of Mrs Daskalova is equal to 6,153 shares, representing 0.0067% of the issued share capital of the Company.
