The Company previously declared a dividend for the quarter endedΒ 30 JuneΒ 2009Β of US$0.27Β per share payable onΒ 9 SeptemberΒ 2009Β to holders on the register onΒ 21Β AugustΒ 2009. For those shareholders who have elected to receive their dividend inΒ Sterling, theΒ dividend will beΒ 16.4594Β pence per shareΒ based upon an exchange rate of 1.6404.
