Director's Shareholding

Proton Power announces that Felix Heidelberg, Chief Executive Officer of Proton Power, purchased 110,849 new ordinary shares in the Placing of new ordinary shares completed today. Following this purchase of shares, the shareholding of Felix Heidelberg is 510,849 ordinary shares of 5 pence each, equivalent to 0.83% of the Company's ordinary shares in issue following the Placing.

As of today, the total number of the Company's ordinary shares in issue is 61,390,863.
