Placing

Pennpetro is pleased to announce that it has it has raised £360,000 by way of a placing ("Placing") of 6,000,000 new ordinary shares at a price of 6 pence per share ("Placing Shares"). The Placing was conducted by the Company's corporate broker, Peterhouse Capital Limited.

Application will be made for admission of the Placing Shares to listing following the Company's ordinary shares return from suspension. The Placing is only conditional upon the issue of the Placing Shares.

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of Regulation 2014/596/EU which is part of domestic UK law pursuant to the Market Abuse (Amendment) (EU Exit) regulations (SI 2019/310).
