London, 8 June 2018 - Pennpetro, an independent oil and gas company focusing on production in the Gonzales Oil Field in Texas, USA, announces its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at 3.30pm (UK time) on 29 June 2018 at the offices of Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London, WC2B 5DG.

 

Copies of the 2017 Annual Report, Notice of the Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy have been sent to shareholders and are available on the Company's website: www.pennpetroenergy.co.uk.
