Powerflute Oyj ("Powerflute" or the "Company"), was notified on 26 June 2015 of the following sales of shares in the Company by Dermot S Smurfit, Non-Executive Director: On 19 June 2015, 50,000 shares at a price of 66.7 pence per share; on 22 June 2015 203,054 shares at a price of 66 pence per share.
Following the dealings Dermot S Smurfit holds 1,250,002 Ordinary Shares representing 0.4 per cent. of the present issued share capital of the Company.
