Sula (AIM: SULA), the multi-commodity exploration company focused on Sierra Leone, announces, in conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, that, as at the date of this announcement, it has an issued share capital of 2,076,725,433 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury.
Accordingly, the above figure of 2,076,725,433 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Sula under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
