Board Change
Following XL Group's disposal of its shareholding in Polar Capital Holdings plc ("Polar Capital"), Polar Capital announces that George Bumeder, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has resigned from the Board with immediate effect.
Mr Bumeder has served on the Board since September 2011 and is Senior Vice President of XL Group Investments LLC, a subsidiary of XL Group Ltd ("XL").
The Board of Polar Capital wish to pay thanks to Mr Bumeder and the support that XL has provided to Polar Capital since they first invested in the business in 2006.
