Polar Capital Holdings plc ("Polar Capital") announces that Sarah Street, Non-Executive Director of the Polar Capital, has resigned from the Board with immediate effect. George Bumeder has been appointed to the board as a Non-Executive Director of Polar Capital.
Ms Street is the Chief Investment Officer of XL Group plc.
Mr Bumeder is Senior Vice President of XL Capital Investment Partners Inc., a subsidiary of XL Group plc, which, through its subsidiaries, is a global provider of insurance and reinsurance.
