Director's Dealing

The Company was informed on 21 June 2011 that, on 20 June 2011, Mr T J Woolley, Chief Executive of Polar Capital, sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company from his personal holding at 190p per share.

Following this transaction Mr Woolley is interested in a total of 7,000,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 9.24% of the Company's issued share capital.
